1. No Refund After Safari Begins:

Once the safari has started, no refunds full or partial will be issued under any circumstances, including missed days, early departures, or dissatisfaction.

2. Strict Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 30 days of the safari date are subject to penalties:

  • → 30–15 days prior: 50% non-refundable
  • → 14–7 days prior: 75% non-refundable
  • → Less than 7 days: 100% non-refundable
No exceptions will be made.
3. Booking Confirmation Requires Payment:

A booking is only confirmed after full or agreed payment is received. No verbal confirmations are valid without payment proof.

4. Late Payments May Lead to Automatic Cancellation:

Failure to pay on time may lead to your booking being released without notice. We are not responsible for any losses caused by delayed payments.

5. Force Majeure Clause:

We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.

6. Client Responsibility:

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate personal details, travel documents, and special requests in advance. We are not responsible for issues caused by misinformation.

7. Third Party Services Disclaimer:

We may use third-party providers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for disruptions or losses caused by these third parties beyond our control.

8. No shows Are Charged 100%:

Failure to show up on the scheduled date and time without prior notice will result in full charges. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

9. Changes in Booking:

Date or itinerary changes requested by the client may incur extra costs and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to deny any last-minute changes.

10. Legal Enforcement:

These terms are legally binding. Any disputes will be settled under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and we reserve the right to take legal action in case of breach.
